Read terms of use1. Scope and contact
This policy explains data use on relopanama.com, including visa guidance, service requests, private accounts and support conversations. ReloPanama is part of Grupo d’Anconia Panamá. Brand affiliation does not mean that your information is automatically shared with every group company.
For a question about your data, use ‘Contact us about my data’ at the end of this page or your portal conversation and identify it as a privacy request. Include the email related to your enquiry and the right you wish to exercise. Do not send passwords, identity documents or medical information in your initial message.
2. Information the site uses
Required fields are identified in each form. You can browse public pages without an account; registration is needed to save a proposal linked to your profile or use the private document checklist.
- Guidance and preferences: selected citizenship, answers about your circumstances, family composition where relevant, visa of interest, destination, moving timeframe, services and quantities you choose.
- Accounts and requests: name, email, phone if supplied, profile details, proposals, price versions, checklist progress and communications with the team. Passwords are stored using a protected derivation; they are not part of your preferences profile.
- Source: entry page, referring site where available and limited campaign labels. When you submit an enquiry with the stated consent, this context helps the team understand how you arrived and what you were looking for.
- Operation and security: session identifiers, access and consent status, action dates and technical request records, which may include IP address and browser information. If you allow analytics, usage events and technical session identifiers are also generated.
3. Purposes and grounds for use
Your answers help us explain options, maintain continuity between pages and prepare the proposal you request. Contact details allow us to respond, create and manage your account, send personal access links and estimate copies and handle support tickets. Technical and activity records help prevent abuse, control access and maintain accountability.
We request consent for uses that require it, such as sending the team your enquiry and stated preferences or enabling optional analytics. Steps you request, delivering an agreed service and legal duties may have other grounds permitted by applicable law. Each purpose must have an appropriate ground; an account or enquiry does not authorise every later use.
Registering, requesting an estimate or receiving access and support emails does not subscribe you to advertising. Promotional campaigns would require separate information and consent where applicable.
4. Saved answers and visa guidance
As you use the questionnaire, progress is saved in a private session so you can continue between pages. Some navigation context and preferences are also kept in your browser. If you later submit an enquiry or proposal with the stated consent, the relevant answers and selections may be attached to that request for the team to review.
Automated guidance compares the information you supply with available options; it is not an authority’s decision or immigration approval. You can correct your answers and request a team review. Entering someone else’s email does not give access to their account or history.
5. Access and service providers
Authorised ReloPanama staff handle requests according to their role. The support inbox may be shared by authorised team members; access to a conversation does not itself grant access to private case files and documents. Internal records identify who performed actions even when the client-facing reply is signed Relo Specialist.
The site uses hosting, content delivery and protection, email and authorised measurement providers. Google Analytics 4 measures public site use if you allow analytics; ReloPanama’s own measurement is a separate system. Public images are served through Cloudflare; maps, when displayed, use OpenStreetMap and tile services. When these resources load, their providers receive the technical information needed to handle the connection, such as your IP address. Their services may operate outside Panama.
A relocation task may require specific information to be shared with a provider or professional. The scope and recipient should be explained when arranging that task; an initial enquiry is not blanket permission to circulate your case file. Disclosures required by an authority are handled under applicable law. You should not assume that all information is stored exclusively in Panama.
7. Retention and protection
Temporary progress has its own expiry. Information linked to accounts, proposals, support and accountability is retained according to the record’s purpose, outstanding tasks and applicable legal duties. Archiving a conversation only changes its view; it does not erase the history. You may ask about retention in your case and request deletion where appropriate.
The site uses session controls, permissions and credential protection. No system can promise absolute security. Keep passwords and personal access links private, sign out on shared devices and tell the team if you suspect unauthorised access. Document uploads are currently disabled: do not send passports, criminal records or medical reports through public chat.
8. Your rights and how to request them
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, cancellation, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may affect a function that relied on that permission. A legal retention duty may limit deletion of certain records.
Use the contact on this page or your portal. To protect your information, the team may request proportionate identity checks before disclosing data or changing an account. Requests must be handled within legal time limits, with any applicable limitation explained. You may also complain to Panama’s National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI); contacting ReloPanama first is not a mandatory prerequisite.
9. Families and children
Family guidance may use relevant counts, relationships and ages or categories. The site is intended for adults planning a move. A representative should provide only family information they are entitled to manage; avoid entering children’s details, health information or sensitive documents in open contact fields.
10. Policy updates
The date on this page identifies its revision. A new use requiring additional information or consent must be communicated before it takes place. Updating this policy does not turn earlier consent into permission for different purposes.
Let’s talk about your data
The team receives your enquiry as a support request and replies by email. If you have an account, you can also write from your portal.
