Read privacy policy1. The site and its services
relopanama.com provides guidance about residency and life in Panama, relocation service packages and individual services. ReloPanama is part of Grupo d’Anconia Panamá. These terms cover the site and portal; the scope of a particular professional service is set out in the corresponding agreement.
You may request individual relocation services even if you already have residency or another professional handles your visa. For questions, complaints or help with these terms, use ‘Contact the team’ at the end of this page or your portal conversation.
2. Guidance and immigration decisions
The questionnaire and visa pages help identify options to review based on the information you provide. They do not replace an individual document assessment or guarantee eligibility, entry, approval, timelines, account opening or third-party decisions. The competent authority decides each application.
Before you commission a service, the team should confirm the requirements, documents, scope and conditions applicable to your case. A recommendation on the site does not itself establish a professional representation relationship.
3. Prices, plans and estimates
Amounts are shown in USD. Review the estimated total and its breakdown: service fees, estimated administrative costs and selected extras. Where package savings are displayed, they compare its fees with the individual prices of included services for the stated composition. Those savings do not automatically apply to administrative costs, investment capital or third-party charges.
An estimate PDF records your selection and the price version used. It is not a tax invoice, payment receipt or final acceptance of a contract. The team must confirm the scope, final price, applicable taxes, third-party costs, payment arrangements and conditions in writing before starting a service.
Investment capital, travel, accommodation, translations, apostilles and other external expenses require separate review where applicable. Administrative estimates may vary with your circumstances and applicable charges; any material adjustment should be explained before you accept it.
4. Requesting and agreeing a service
Choose a visa or individual services, review your selection and submit your details. The team can clarify your circumstances and prepare a proposal. Saving a draft, selecting a plan, registering or submitting a request does not charge you or itself confirm a service contract.
The site currently does not process online payments. Services begin under the written agreement and conditions accepted with the team. Deliverables, timelines, changes, cancellations and any refunds are specified in that agreement, respecting legal consumer rights; this page does not impose a blanket waiver of refunds.
5. Your account and private portal
Provide accurate details, use an email you can access and keep passwords and personal links private. Your account is for your own requests or those you are authorised to manage. Tell the team if you suspect someone else has accessed it.
The portal lets you view proposals, preferences and conversations and use the checklist available for your program. Videos and guides are provided when the team publishes them for your case. A section’s presence does not mean that unpublished material is part of your service. Document uploads are currently disabled.
A free account or proposal request does not establish that you have paid for a service. Access to contracted case functions depends on your status and permissions. Team specialists have personal access limited by their role.
6. Enquiries and support
The chat-style contact window records a support request for the team to answer through the indicated channel. It does not imply that an agent is online or that a reply will be immediate. The portal keeps conversations related to your account. These channels are not for medical, safety or urgent immigration emergencies.
Include your request reference when making a complaint. The team may need further information to review it. You may also contact the competent authority where appropriate; using support does not limit your legal rights.
7. Places guide and external content
Place, climate, housing and map information helps you explore areas. Price references and listings may change and do not guarantee availability, the accuracy of an offer, a property’s condition or suitability for you. Confirm details before booking, renting or purchasing.
Illustrations labelled as AI-generated are visual references; they do not prove a real property or service. External links and maps retain their licences and terms. A link does not mean that ReloPanama guarantees the external content or manages that service.
8. Acceptable use and content
Use the site without impersonation, accessing others’ information, sending unlawful or harmful content, interfering with the service or attempting to bypass its controls. You may keep your proposals and material provided for your own case. Other reproduction or exploitation of protected content requires the rights holder’s permission or an applicable legal exception.
Information you submit should be relevant and you must be entitled to provide it. Submission allows the team to use it to handle your request, not to take ownership for unrelated purposes. Personal information is handled under the Privacy policy.
9. Availability, changes and rights
The site may need maintenance or corrections. If a function fails, retry or contact the team before submitting again. Access may be restricted where needed to protect accounts or respond to misuse, while respecting applicable rights and obligations for services already agreed.
A new version of these terms does not retroactively change a contract or the price of an accepted proposal. Applicable Panamanian law and mandatory consumer protections remain in force; these terms do not require you to waive them, impose mandatory arbitration or establish a general exclusion of liability.
Need clarification?
The team receives your enquiry as a support request and replies by email. If you have an account, you can also write from your portal.
